Our Mascots should proactively engage with supporters on Matchdays and at other ad-hoc events, and represent fun, fair play, and sportsmanship. The aim should always be to leave a memorable impression on all supporters that they come across.
Person Specification:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Outgoing personality
- Committed to safe working practice
- Willing to undertake training appropriate to the role
Personal Qualities/Attributes:
- Enjoys working with crowds in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and committed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekday evenings and weekends
