Vacancies: Elite Scholarship Coaches

Cambridge United are hiring Elite Scholarship Coaches...

The Club has two vacancies - one for its Cambridge Regional College Men's team and one for its Cambridge Regional College Women's team - with both roles part-time positions based at the Club's training ground, along with the main office at the Cledara Abbey Stadium.

Working hours are Monday and Tuesday between 1:30pm-3:30pm, in addition to Wednesday fixtures.

Role Summary:

  • Support and manage the players in the Elite Scholarship teams
  • To deliver coaching sessions to all Elite Scholarship players in line with the Youth Development & Boys Elite programme Philosophy and coaching curriculum
  • To attend and assist in the operation of the games programme for the Elite Scholarship Schemes
  • To manage, review and implement the best strategy to continuously improve the programme as best as possible
  • To ensure the Youth Development Values are adhered to by the players within the CRC Programme
  • To assist in the monitoring and assessment of the players in the whole CRC Programme from training and match performances
  • To assist with the scouting and recruitment process where appropriate for all teams within our Elite Scholarship programme
