With almost 1000 responses, supporters were given the opportunity to reflect on the 2024/25 season off the pitch on a range of topics from retail to safeguarding...
The Club is pleased to share a snapshot of the results, which show an overall positive feeling amongst supporters. Whilst there are still learnings and things to improve upon for the 2025/26 and beyond, these results help provide guidance and focus on where the Club should be directing its efforts.
Supporter Satisfaction
The Club is pleased to share that over 70% supporters expressed that they feel positively about the direction the Club is heading in, rating 4+ on a scale of 1-5, despite an undeniably difficult season on the pitch.

Supporters also expressed high levels of satisfaction (79%) regarding Club communication to supporters, with high levels of fans using the new Cambridge United Official App (64%) to keep up-to-date.
Matchday Experience
Echoing the results of last year's survey, 89.9% supporters feel the Club offers an enjoyable matchday experience, particularly highlighting the friendly staff, Fan Zones and family friendly atmosphere.

Responses reflected that whilst improvements to catering were seen across the season, matchday concession food, as well as speed of service in some areas, still leaves further room for improvement, which the Club plans to continue to work on ahead of next Season.
Safeguarding
The Club was proud to see that 97.5% of respondents feel safe at games and 95.1% feel the stadium is a warm and inclusive environment.

Comments and responses regarding stewarding further reflect feedback received throughout the season and the Club continues to work to ensure that these issues are seen less often next season.
Retail
The move to the more spacious Club Shop unit on the old Thrifty Site has shown to be one favoured by fans with almost 85% of respondents rating their experience 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-5 - considerably improved on the previous season.

The Club would like to thank all supporters who took the time to complete the survey, which has been reviewed internally by Club staff. The winner of the prize draw for the free hospitality package will be contacted once the fixtures have been confirmed for next season.
